Delta gets new PPRO
Delta state police public relation officer[PPRO], Celestine Kalu, has been replaced with a Deputy Superintendent of Police[DSP], Andrew Aniamaka. Kalu was due for a higher assignment over three months ago, when she was promoted from DSP to Superintendent of Police[SP]
She has now been posted to Asaba area command Headquarter as the Area Crime Officer[ACO]. Prior to her redeployment, Kalu had served under three Commissioners of Police, including Ayo Ikenchukwu Aduba[Rtd] Baba Usman, now Assistant Inspector General of Police[AIG, Abuja zone] and the incumbent Zanna M. Ibrahim, who approved Aniamaka's new office.
A statement signed by his successor; DSP Aniamaka, who had been acting since Kalu embarked on a leave, in Asaba, said the change of guard takes immediate effect. Aniamaka holds Masters degrees in political science and English.
